Farahri's Favorite Day!

Farahri is a South Asian, Canadian, r & b and pop singer who first came to the Canadian music scene with her club single, 'Dance The Night Away' featuring Canadian rapper Choclair. I first heard about Farahri when a family friend sent me an email telling me how Farahri looks just like me. When I met her for the first time at the Much Music Video Awards we hit it off and everyone kept asking if we were sisters. So of course, I couldn't refuse when she asked me to be in her music video for her second music video for her single, 'Favorite Day'. Farahri is fusing her South Asian cultural music with r &b and pop flavors. Farahri is aiming to pave way for more multiculturalism in the music industry. The Ottawa native now resides in Toronto and is continuing to make music and reaching out to people with her coined term, GPoP. The Global Pursuit of Positivity or GPoP is a thought-provoking movement with the sole purpose of promoting positivity throughout the world. Favorite Day was shot in Wasaga beach. This was the first time I actually had a chance to be at Wasaga to catch the sun. It was a great day to shoot the video and it is a great summer song. Once again, everyone on set thought Farahri and I were sisters. My favorite scene was when we were filmed on the beach during the sunset for Farahri's Beach Birthday!
