Everyone is loving her new 2007 summer jam singles'BOYS' & 'Bird Flu'. In addition, the Ryerson Urban Hip Hop Union is trying to get M.I.A to come perform at our annual picnic and parade!

SHEPPARD SUBWAY LINE CLOSING :(

A lot of Angry TTC commuters (including myself) were outraged when news reached that Mayor Miller stated that the Sheppard Subway line which includes, Don Mills Station, Leslie, Bessarion and Bayview will close down by the end of the year. This is due to some serious budget cutbacks. That means come winter, we will have to wait in the freeezing cold to get on a bus. More great news! They are raising the prices for the TTC fare! OH, JOY!

So many sweet memories on the Sheppard line. Why can't they cut money from the Mayor? Like he really does anything. Crazy MOfo would make a better candidate.

LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE

The Just For Laughs comedy festival has a variety of comics laughing into your hearts from Montreal and Toronto to celebrate their 25th Anniversary. There are a variety of performers including my home boi RUSSEL PETERS, who will perform a free show for his fans at Dundas Square next Saturday. Another Canadian favorite is Howie Mandell aka BOBBY will crack you up when he hits the stage.

In addition, last week I was LMAO when I sat down at the Pantages Hotel to interview the ETHNIC HEROES of Comedy touring on this festival. First, another brown sugar Sugar Sammy was telling me that he doesn't want to be considered a role model to many South Asian people because he said, once you come see me perform, you won't think of me as a role model because of my 'dirty jokes'. However, this Brown Town hero is getting praises around the WORLD for his multi-cultural spin on comedy. In his hometown of Montreal, he has been voted the most HIGHlarious comedian 3 years straight. He has been on many television shows, however, he told me his biggest accomplishment to date is when he opened up for insane laugh factor Dave Chappelle. He told me that he was nervous before he went on stage for that gig and even after! Crackin' some jokes beside Sugar Sammy was Fat Tony...I mean Frank Spadone. This Italian native jokester got his comedic start by doing impressions and accents of not famous people but everyday people. For example, in High School he did an awesome impersonation of his Principal. His favorite impression he loves doing is of his old NONA. However, he did not always know he was going to be a comedian growing up. He went to Humber College for believe it or not, Photography. Frank believes that having diverse talents and abilities challenges you and allows you to creatively use those talents together. His biggest inspiration is his grandfather because he would always tell stories. Whether the stories he told were real was another question, however, he got them listening and laughing. The final ethnic comedians I interviewed were fun and funny. John and Dave from the Doowops. Get it? DOO WOPS. Their Italian! lol These boys sure made me laugh with their witty sense of humor. The only thing I didn't like about them is that they went to York U. (Go RYERSON!) Anyways, that's where the 2 met. My interview with them was ridiculous because we were just throwing at each other some really funny shit. They told me that they were excited to be touring with close friends on the road and told me that there will definitely be some pranks. They told me that visine is not only good for red eye but it's a good laxative. See what I mean? The want kid to chase after their dreams and while Dave says to stay in school, John says not to. All the comedians we interviewed told me that it is hard to make it as a comic. That's why you have to practice on your friends or family. In addition, it is hard to get paid in the beginning. You have to perform for free at shows and work hard at your material. Nevertheless, I asked these boyz the ageless question if laughter truly is the BEST MEDICINE? Sugar and Frank agreed, however, they don't receive salaries like Doctors.

SMASHING PUMPKINS SELL OUTS!!!

WTF does Billy Corgan, lead singer from Smashing Pumpkins have in common with Paris Hilton? Apperently more than meets the eye! The two are actually not only close FRIENDS....he actually let her be on the cover of their new single “Tarantula”. There is supposed to be an irony involved I think with the atomic bomb in the background representing our world at war but people only care about Paris Hilton and materialistic objects. Nevertheless, that STILL doesn't explain why Paris and Billy are friends. Billy 'Poser' also wanted to put Britney Spears and Lindsey Lohan on the cover but was afraid it might create some Drama. I'm sorry Billy.....were you the same Billy Corgan who said that he was gonna quit rock and music because of people like Britney Spears and POP music taking over the music industry? You're a loser and a sell out man! You're no different from Fred Durst.

So I say, DO NOT buy The Smashing Pumpkins new album...what evz.....you can't even pronounce the name of it anywayz

If you watched the cartoon as a kid, than you'll LOVE the movie! Number 1 at the box office for a week! Don't listen to the critics....see the movie for yourself. ACTION PACKED people! The ending also gives you a hint thta there will be a SEQUAL. Movie soundtrack includes new Linkin Park.

In addition, my fave new crush Shia LaBeouf and Even Stevens star is in it. His co star Meghan Fox is also another young hollywood actress to watch out for. Meghan says that she doesn't enjoy doing any drugs except for weeeeeeeed. She is also dating 90210 HOTTIE and 20 something years older Brian Austin Green! THE PRICE IS WRONG, BOB

11 a.m mornings will never be the same since the Price is Right and one of game show's favourite host, Bob Barker will be retiring this year. Originally, loud mouth Rosie O' Donnell was supposed to be his replacement but now it has been confirmed that Rosie will no longer host the show. However, other contenders include 90210 AND Dancing with the Stars dude, Ian Ziering OR funny man Drew Carey. HMMMMMMMMM.......who do you think is worthy for the show case show down?

I've been a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge fan of the Spice Girls since the fab 5 first made their British invasion on the tele. I bought the merchandise and my brother would get annoyed of seeing the walls of my room covered with Spice Girls. I even performed 2 of their songs with elementary school friends. Moreover, when the Spice Girls announced their world tour, I was giddy with excitement because I finally thought I would see them LIVE in concert. However, my anticipation quickly turned to anger when I heard the Spice Girls WORLD TOUR was not coming to CANADA! SERIOUSLY, WTF?!! This past weekend Crazy MOfoz Show strutted the cat walk to Toronto's First OFFICIAL RIP THE RUNWAY FLY & FLASHY Fashion Show held at the Ramada hotel. There were some performances by dancehall Star,TRINITY CHRIS with hits such as "BUN A TIGHT PANTS AND SQUARE FRONT SHOES", T.O rappers Page, Young Shaws and ROCHESTER JUICE were fresh and flowin' when the sexy models were doing their thang. In addition, the only female singer, Kim Davis looked gorgeous singing her hit single "HUSH".
Other guests included BET producers, VIBE magazine & Urbanology magazine.

The highlight of the event was when audience members won prizes and made their own signature walk down. P.S There was a model NIP SLIP!
